Financial inclusion and new means of payment-Qualitative review in five European countries - May 2013

A study commissioned by European Foundation for Financial Inclusion (EUFFI), as a contribution to EU policy making on financial services, and in particular on payment systems, concludes that financial exclusion may be on the increase as cash becomes a less fashionable form of payment.
